Canadian Immigration
FSW Skilled Immigrants
Brief Introduction
Since January 2015, the Canadian experience class immigrant FSW has been subsumed into the Fast Track EE (Express Entry) category. The difference between this system and the previous immigration system is that applicants are required to express their intent to immigrate into the pool first, and then submit a formal immigration application after their scores reach the invitation line.
If the applicant has been in continuous employment for 1 year within 10 years and the occupation is in category O,A.B and the same NOC number as the current job, he/she can apply for FSW Canadian Federal Skilled Worker.
